Hmmm and I'm not talking about me! I'm talking about a dress I bought when I was still a newbie and yet still looks fresh a few years on. I hope you agree. And because its Winter I just warmed it up with a chunky scarf, long gloves and a cute headband I found at Y.M.X. (they also sell very sweet modelling poses)

Dollhouse

This is what has been keeping me busy recently. I found this gorgeous skybox on Xstreet and knew immediately this was my new home the moment I saw it inworld. It is a large bright open plan space with tall windows, high ceilings and bare floors. Pretty much perfection for me!

This new release by LeeZu! is so cute. The design is just adorable (even if I was asked if I was preggers!) and its girly frills and slightly cropped length just gives it a little flirtatiousness. My only qualm was deciding which colour and design to choose. I kept the rest of the outfit grounded with skinny vintage jeans and wedge sandals. Have a good weekend! x

Free and not so free

These gorgeous wet-look leggings are a group gift from Coco. It comes with two layers and has prim ankles - super tight and super sexy! The top is also a freebie from Muism. Check out the lucky boards. The hair/hat is from Argrace and is fully scripted so you can easily change the colour and size. I'm sure you will agree that it is very natural looking and well worth the money. Talking about money, my boyfriend had a shock when I told him the price of these Maitreya Gold sandals (they pass the L$1000 mark). But I guess men just don't get it! When you compare the RL Louis Vuitton Spicy sandals with these they are a complete bargain! The sandals are beautifully handcrafted and in my opinion prim toes are much better. The colour matching to my Vive9 skin was a little bit tricky and it took a few minutes but Maitreya also provide presets for the most popular skins such as Tuli and Curio. The script also allows you to resize the sandals and to change the polish on your toenails. What more could you ask for? <3>

Going for more grown up glamour here I chose this extremely tiny Chemise dress from Luck Inc. I think it looks perfect teamed with a tuxedo jacket and sharp pencil heels.

Spring in my step

Life is good and Spring has definately arrived here. Yay!
I found this pretty little chiffon teadress in a Japanese sim. It is so versatile as you can change the look quite easily. The dress comes with 2 different skirt lengths and a variety of different prim attachments for the top half. Absolutely adorable! I teamed it with The Closet's new release Hemp Scarf again in a neutral colour. And what better thing to do on a warm spring day than to have a picnic in the park? This pink check picnic bag comes with everything you could possibly need and is a total bargain at L$60. My only qualm is that I can't walk around with it in SL. Its a prop for the two modelling poses. But still.. L$60 for such cuteness!

I woke up this morning to find some nice freebies in my inventory. This beautiful draped dress is from PixelDolls and is a recent group gift. I really have to say that PixelDolls is one of the most generous fashion stores in SL. My goody bag consisted of this gorgeous emerald green draped jersey dress together with a sequinned green party dress.

I'm really into my accessories at the moment and just love the cinched waist look. This black snakeskin buckle belt comes from a gem of a shop called +Plus.

Bebae also released a freebie for their group members this Winter skin is so creamy and pretty. The thicker brow looks modern and fresh and the light make-up is extremely wearable.

This is just another casual daytime look with a very cute little tweed blazer from DP Yumyum. There are two versions of jacket included, one check the other plain tweed with a long sleeve teeshirt included. Extra points for versatility! I thought long hair with bangs give the look some extra charm. What do you think?
